Terms of Service

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be authorized to enter into these terms on behalf of your organization.

Each plan includes 3 team seats in its base price; additional seats and any applicable end-user charges on customer-facing tiers are billed on top. Monthly plans renew monthly; annual plans run for the committed term.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may update pricing with notice; changes apply at your next renewal.

There is no limit on how many feature requests you can make. Your plan sets how many we build at the same time, and the rest wait in your queue until a build slot frees up. We size each request and deliver it on the applicable service level. We may decline requests that are unlawful, infringing, or outside the reasonable boundaries of the Service.

You retain ownership of your data and your brand assets. The software we build for you is provided for your use under your subscription. Underlying shared components, frameworks, and tooling remain the property of Neon Apps.

You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe others' rights, or transmit malicious code. We may suspend access for conduct that threatens the Service or other customers.

The Service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may cancel in accordance with your plan. We may terminate for material breach. On termination, your subscription ends and we stop building and releasing new work. You can still sign in to restart it from Billing. We keep your platform and data for 60 days after your subscription ends, and export of your data is available on request during that time.
