Terms of Service

Unstack provides productized custom-software development delivered as a subscription. We build and maintain a software platform for you based on the scope you approve, and grow it through feature requests.

The delivery timeline for your initial version begins when you approve scope, and is measured according to our published service levels.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be authorized to enter into these terms on behalf of your organization.

Subscriptions are billed at one flat price per plan, with seats included; additional seats and any applicable end-user charges on customer-facing tiers are billed on top. Monthly plans renew monthly; annual plans run for the committed term.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may update pricing with notice; changes apply at your next renewal.

Feature requests are unlimited within your plan's concurrency. We size each request and deliver it on the applicable service level. We may decline requests that are unlawful, infringing, or outside the reasonable scope of the Service.

You retain ownership of your data and your brand assets. The software we build for you is provided for your use under your subscription. Underlying shared components, frameworks, and tooling remain the property of Neon Apps.

You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe others' rights, or transmit malicious code. We may suspend access for conduct that threatens the Service or other customers.

The Service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may cancel in accordance with your plan. We may terminate for material breach. On termination, your subscription ends and access ceases; export of your data is available on request.
