Authentication & access
- Secure sign-in and session handling on every app we build.
- Roles and permissions, so each user only sees what they should.
- Inside our team, people only get the access their work needs; access to live apps is limited and logged.
Data protection
- Data is encrypted while it travels and while it is stored.
- The database itself checks who is asking, so one user cannot read another user's records.
- Each customer's data is kept separate from every other project.
Infrastructure
We build on managed, reputable cloud infrastructure. Database backups are provided by our hosting provider, and we monitor every live app. Hosting regions can be discussed for customers with data-residency requirements.
Development practices
- Every change goes to a private preview first and reaches your live app only after you approve it.
- Automated checks run on your app's code, including a test build and a scan for leaked secrets.
- Before a change goes live, those checks run on the exact code that ships, and a failing check stops it.
- A full history of every change we ship.
Reliability
We check every live app around the clock and our team is alerted when one stops answering. Database backups come from our hosting provider. See our SLA for delivery and support commitments.
