Yes. There are no per-feature fees. Ask for as many as you like. We size each one, give it a date when a build slot frees up, build it, and put it live once you approve it.

Your first version takes 2 weeks from the day you approve the plan. After that we size each request within a day: small changes ship in 1 to 2 days, medium ones in 3 to 4 days, large ones in 5 to 7 days. Time spent waiting on your review doesn't count.

Core builds 1 feature at a time, Growth 2 and Scale 3. Each one runs on its own. A build waiting on your review keeps its slot until you approve it or send notes, so a quick review keeps the next request moving.

One flat price each month: Core is $290, Growth $490 and Scale $790, each with 3 team seats. Extra seats are $29 on Core, $49 on Growth and $79 on Scale, per seat per month. Your first version, unlimited features, hosting and upkeep are all in that price. Enterprise starts at $2,500 a month. Pay yearly and you get about 2 months free.

Growth and Scale include up to 500 active users. Above that, they add $99 a month up to 2,000 and $299 a month up to 10,000. An active user is someone who signed in during the billing period. We count them each period, and the count sets the add-on on your next invoice. Past 10,000, we'll set up an Enterprise plan for you.

Core is a web app for your team. Growth adds mobile web and apps for your customers. Scale adds a native mobile app in the app stores. Higher plans also build more features at once.

Your data and your brand assets stay yours. The software we build for you is provided for you to use while you subscribe. The shared components, frameworks and tools we build with stay with Neon Apps. If you cancel, we keep your app and data for 60 days after the subscription ends, and you can ask for an export of your data in that time.

You can cancel in line with your plan: monthly plans renew each month, and annual plans run for the term you committed to. Fees are not refundable, except where the law requires it. Nothing starts until you approve the plan, so asking for one costs nothing.
